Sad to see a once nice hotel fall into shambles We’ve stayed out here a couple of years ago and it was a nice experience. This past trip we had issue from the moment we walked into our room. 1. It smelled almost like a barn when we walked into the room. Wasn’t too worried since we had our small dog. But the room just doesn’t seem like it was cleaned, the floor was dirty 2. Room 205, smell like curry. The reception on Monday morning not friendly at all. Also no shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer In room
The facility is dog friendly, staff was ok, the room needs some care, the floors were very dirty, cleaningless definitely needs imrprovement, the breakfast do not count with it, it is terrible.
Full of marihuana smell la propiedad se ve bien por fuera pero le falta mantenimiento por dentro, es viejo, y esta lleno de inquilinos que fuman drogas, bien por la ciudad que esta ayudando a la gente sin hogar pero malo que estas oersonas no dejan los vicios y uno al hospedarse sufre las consecuencias.
But I had to leave them in the fridge as I had a serious slip and fall. I told the girl at the desk And she was sweet saying we will change to a better room. The room I had was disgusting with stains on theme carpet everywhere my dog never does that. So by the time I got back from Breakfast the manager was pissdd I was even there I am disabled and needed to lie down. Really disappointed
Not the best nor the worst We were asleep and the fire alarm went off and we were told to evac...it was a false alarm however we didn't sleep much better after that.
Not clean at all could not spent the nite had to check out within 2 hours.
