The overall stay was good but we found several cockroaches in our room which made us uncomfortable.

Basic things were not working. Stayed here for 3 nights. The evening I checked in, the bathroom lights in the room were not working. Like not working, period. After requesting for a room change, they said they are completely booked and could not move me until the next day. Front desk assistance said we'll give you a discount (i had paid for the trip in whole already) and change rooms the next day. I was moved to the other room, where the lights were working fine. The Hotel states breakfast included. The breakfast included means a stand with coffee and pastries available for customers to serve themselves. I would not call that serving breakfast.

I had to change rooms 4 times. Incredibly dirty, unclean and smelly. Even though rooms are meant to be non smoking it either smelled like cigarettes or terrible bleach. Ac and heater were not working. Will never stay here again

The first room I was assigned to had live roaches in it. The desk clerk was apologetic and moved me to another room. It was not much cleaner, but did not have roaches.
