Hotel is in ok condition. You have to pay extra for usable WiFi. You need to borrow dishes, utensils and appliances from the front desk, and sometimes these aren’t available (I.e there were no toasters left). Very thin walls so you can hear neighbours easily. Great laundry facilities.

En pocas palabras , las atenciones de lobby fueron buenas , pero la atención al cliente y el trato deja mucho que desear. No me volvería a hospedar ahí .

DISAPPOINTED Guy at the front desk was friendly, great customer service. The room on the other hand was not so great. Refrigerator hand finger prints on it there was hair every where , the towels had stains in them, the one night stand had something sticky on it lucky i had my clorox wipes. So i wipe everything down still didn't feel comfortable especially during this pandemic and all we ended up leaving about 2a.m.

The receptionist has a terrible customer service and the room was dirty with candy

You are to pricey and you need more dishes and your windows don't open

Appliances The microwave and stovetop wasn't working properly.

Check In was flawless. The room was small, but clean. No complaints. Directly across from Ralph’s Grocery store and Starbucks. Kitchen available. Very close to LAX as well.
