Convenient location to LAX with ample parking walking distance to a bank and grocery store. The refrigerator motor was white background noise. I realized when it turned off how much quieter the room was.

Was NOT happy that they charged us to park in their parking lot. 15.00 dollars a day just to park

Extended Stay in El Segundo The room had a not too nice odor, there were people smoking in front of my room, parking lot, and cars in and out around the corner from my room, that kept up noise. Did not like the greeting when I first walked in to check in. Hotels.com was great in changing the reservation into my name since I had to drop off my husband at a meeting, and the reservations were in his name.

Wifi not working bad service

Great for the price. Everything other than a pretty awful bed was wonderful. Room and motel were neat and clean. Staff was friendly. I would suggest noting the fee to park ($15 per day) before the person arrives. It's a weird surcharge that really only serves to pad their pockets.

Great day, watch out at night Rooms aren't really up to standard from online description but the day staff makes up for it. Very friendly and helpful. The night crew not so much. Sounds like some careless teenage girl who cares nothing about guest. She takes away from the experience
