Great place to stay Pros- I enjoy staying here because it’s close to the airport and there’s a Ralph’s nextdoor within a very short walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and I enjoy having the flexibility of a Kitchen. Cons- The hotel is two stories with no elevators, no offer of assistance, and apparently doesn’t take or acknowledge ground level requests during booking, so good luck if you have multiple and/or heavy bags. Overall, great hotel option and I’ll continue to stay here.

I booked this trip to relax after an adventurous stay in San Francisco. So upon my return I was really looking forward to a hot bath but was put in a handicap room. It was so late in the evening I had no energy to deal with switching rooms. Upon check out I mentioned it and the front desk person blamed it on booking with 3rd party sites. The front desk person was the same person I had checked in with. Room was pretty small This place is good if you just need a place to stay. There's a kitchenette, but we had no pots, pans, cups, NOTHING. We had to call to request some and then they made us go to the lobby to pick them up. I guess they don't have room service. The bed wasn't that comfortable and that's a big thing for me. It doesn't need to be the fanciest of places but a comfortable bed will go far. They also charge $15 for parking which is unnecessary since their lot isn't all that private. Close to LAX We stayed at the upper level and there's no elevator so we had to carry our luggages which is very inconvenient.
