Good Customer Service The hotel staff was great and very helpful, I was only there for one night but the staff was quick to help and answer any questions. I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel near LAX and Venice Beach Overall good hotel the Breakfest was not a breakfast they just have some muffins granola bars hot chocolate coffee teas packs of instant oatmeal this place does not have an icemaker no cold cereal no milk no juices

Great deal for the price Excellent location with lots around. Not airport shuttle so had to urber. Front end staff were very friendly and helpful.

Over Nighter Needed a location for an overnighter. Nice area with clean room. Details mentioned breakfast but no more than a coffee bar in the lobby, very disappointing also no coffee in room. But staff very nice.

Ok. Simple Hotel was ok, nothing special about it. I booked a "non-smoking" and it smell like cigarettes. When I asked for a new room, they said there were none available and the rooms have been recently converted to non-smoking. She gave me a bottle of frebreeze. It did not work. Luckily we were only staying one night.

Clean & close to the USMLE STEP 2 CS test center The hotel needs some repairs in the kitchen sink & fridge. It was leaking sometimes during my stay. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable and the service was good. The free continental breakfast should be better. There were a few options only. The wifi could be better & faster too. Make these corrections and I will give you 5 stars.

Terrible Customer Service First off the rep who assisted at the hotel was extremely rude. Her name is Ericka, and if it wasn't for the nice room, I would've cancelled my reservation.

air conditioner did not work . the staff would not move my work . I was there in the heat for two days with a non operational air conditioner. There was rust thorughout the bathroom
