The Receptionist was very friendly and provided great service. The room however was awful. The room smelled of old leather and fish and was muggy. The refrigerator was broken. Room temperature at best. And the freezer was barely refrigerator temperature. The bad frame must've been broken because the bed rocked back and forth. The toilet had ised toilet paper in it when we arrived. There was also a large number of drain flies in the room. The AC pumped out cold air but the air was wet. No hair druer , the toilet dripped all night , you need a trash container in the bathroom Really need to be updated , steins on the countertops , and the plug by the stove didn’t work

Hi, I had to change rooms bc the first room smelled really bad like someone had just smoked pot. The key in the next room I was given, didn't work and I was going back and forth between the office to reprogram the key. After the third attempt, I finally got a more comfortable room unfortunately the TV didn't work, and the shower didn't work very well. I have stayed at this hotel for years. but this time I was so disappointed that I don't feel like staying at the Extended Stay Hotel any more.

The floors were filthy, blankets and sheets were dirty, there was hair in the shower tub. The front desk staff was unfriendly. I will never stay at the hotel again

The room wasn’t clean and had red spot on the sheets and you could see the stains. Some of the electrical outlets also did not work. The staff was very nice though.

Customer service is great. Cleanliness is seriously lacking. Plan on having dirty feet the whole time, or ruining multiple pair of socks. Floors in rooms are rarely cleaned. Expect bugs everywhere.
