Bed comfortable. No coffee maker in room have to ask for it. Refrigerator buzzing all night. Carpet stains.

Quiet and clean. No breakfast but they said coz of covid.

But why complain, it's just life. I arrived and they placed me in the handicap room next to a smoker and a dog barking. But they did accommodate me after I explained that I was not going to stay and I was not handicap. So they placed me in another room which was much better and away from what was going on. So I give management credit. However after the first night I returned to find my room not turned and I had to ask for fresh towels. But why complain, it's just life.

Extended Stay It would have been nice to know that no utensils etc were in the kitchen before i got there. Bed was a little hard
Nice & quiet p,ace to recuperate! Staff was wonderful! Check in took about an hour (due to computer errors & computer resets)!
The staff was so friendly and made sure my stay was great. Room was clean and quiet.

The property offers more amenities than most hotels. It's my preffered place to stay in Simi.
