Everything was great from the awesome check in personnel to the clean property to the cozy, clean room. Everything went sour when I was harassed about the late check out time promised by the night shift person. The person knocking on my door said that check out was now. I called the front desk only to be argued with and be told, “There is no late check out to one pm.” Basically, I was being called a liar.
