Coffee is part of my waking up Day 1.... coffee in lobby but no cream or creamer..... Day 2.... coffee in lobby not there at all, just a sign that the coffee was not available
Nice room. Clean. Good amenities. Couldn’t find ice
No cleaning service unless we asked for it. Coffee in lobby for morning was usually empty
No paper towels No tissue Too much noise/ freeway side
visit to simi valley family members breakfast is skimpy with cookies bars of various sorts, kind of short on coffee
Not as good as when we used to StU at extended sta Room/tub looked a little worn and WiFi was iffy...fan in bathroom ran all night and disturbed my husband's sleep...had to ask for utensils...they used to be automatically in room...breakfast picture showed muffins and we got nature valley granola bars...coffee wasn't out in evening...no coffee pot in room...lacking amenities
