No utensils service desk not the friendliest. The reception area took forever to bring us utensils that normally are in the suites. After waiting over and hour I went down to reception myself for her to bring me all of one fork. The room was fairly small and than they claimed my fire alarm went off when there was no such happenings in my room. A lot of animals so be prepared to hear dogs barking next to you all night. Also the cops drive around the parking lot which is somewhat a security feature....

Simi Valley hotel Not very friendly service which stands out because almost every hotel we stay at they are very friendly (we travel a lot, this is the 16 day of this 30 day road trip), spacious and quiet room, very comfortable bed and pillows, weak continental breakfast. No hair dryer. Coffee ran out at 8:30am and was not available at 9:00am. My Mom said she will never stay at Extended Stay America again.
