I can't give a honest opinion about this survey because, I never got the chance to stay at Extended Stay America at Los Angeles. Because Hotels.com over booked it. I got the reservation online along with a confirmation number and was guaranteed my stay. When I showed up at the extended stay, I was told it was over booked and my room is not available. So that left me trying to find somewhere to stay last minute.
