Friendly & Courteous Staff The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our only complaint is that the hallways smelled like stale cigarette smoke even though our particular room was a "non-smoking room." My suggestion would be to have smoking and non-smoking rooms on separate floors because it was obvious that there had been smoking on the floor that we were on. Other than that, I'd say it was well worth the money and the accommodations were certainly adequate for our one night stay.

Nice, clean room! Our room was very nice, with a great little kitchen area. We stayed a week, so there was no daily maid service, but the staff was happy to provide whatever supplies we ran low on. We will stay here again.

Would recommend Quiet, nice accommodations, great bed, slept and well. Breakfast was minimal.

O.k. but not better Close to the highway, which is practical but also noisy. Thin walls. Looks cheap. Breakfast only a muffin (plus tea/coffee, apple/orange, oatmeal). Good kitchen appliances.

Visiting Family in Simi Valley My wife and I were in Simi Valley to visit family for the weekend and needed a place to spend the night. After looking on-line for area hotels Extended Stay America sounded just right. We had stayed here afew years ago for a family get together and remembered it as being very nice. We were not disappointed at all. Check-in was a breeze with Norman. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We will stay here next time we are in town.
