Pets Welcome! Big Clean rooms! Great Prices. Me and my german shepherd enjoyed our stay here. They provided a nice walking path for you and your dog, including a feces disposal station. Even though we were on the second floor of the building it was easy to get in and out. Our room had everything we needed as far as kitchenware goes. The room is spacious the A/C system cools down the room very quickly.

Simi business Overall a comfortable place to stay with a good location for what I needed. No daily room cleaning which was ok since it was only two nights.

Convenient to rest your head Had a pet with us. Only coffee in the AM. No breakfast like other long term hotels. Kitchen table was wee. Good overall experience.

Going to college This place was in a great location, close to the freeway and to CSUN, but out of the cluster of traffic. Only thing, we didn't know that there was no room service. And breakfast was nothing more than coffee and muffins to take to your room.

Thin Walls The Room was nice....... however the walls were paper thin. I could hear the person upstairs walking back and fourth plus the room next to me the person snoring all night. I think I got two hours of sleep.

Tolles Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für LA Trips! Wir wohnten im Juni 2013 für knapp 2 Wochen im Extended Stay Simi Valley als Ausgangspunkt für unsere LA Tour. Simi Valley liegt ca. 20-30 Fahrminuten von Downtown LA - es scheint jedoch wie in einer anderen Welt. Wir hatten uns vorher über die Gegend informiert und es soll eine der sichersten Orte in den USA sein. Dies hat sich während unseres Urlaubs auch bestätigt: sehr viel Polizeipräsenz, eine saubere, ruhige Stadt mit netten Menschen und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hot... read more
