Clean, Attractive & Quiet This is a fine hotel, and I am genuinely puzzled by the negative reviews some have given it. As my title suggests, the hotel is tastefully appointed, clean and well managed, and very quiet. It is an "extended stay" format hotel, so maid service is once a week and there is an (optional) extra charge to rent kitchen implements, but this is a restful and comfortable place overall. Very satisfied customer. You were great on many fronts. You allowed me a early check-in. Found the room to be very clean. Great bath towels. Terrific customer service and support.

Nice hotel with fridge The room was very nice and clean but the pillows were to hard for me! Extending my stay one night was a lot of drama not the clerks fault but corporate should make it easier to get a discount!

I STILL WENT TO WORK DURING MY STAY BUT JUST WANTED OUT OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD FOR A FEW DAYS AND THIS HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO MY WORK AND COMFORTABLE TO STAY IN.

Last minute booking for business, this hotel was just the ticket at half the cost of the other sold out hotels.
