good stay was a decent stay...place was in good shape. usually don't care for residence inn's. but this one had a good vibe.

Room was good size. Only complaints are lumpy pillows and room had a mildew smell? Not much of a breakfast choice.

Best hotel on east end of Simi We've always stayed in this hotel on our visits to Simi as our relatives live on the east end of Simi and this is the only hotel in the area. We've never had any issues. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The staff made a little mistake in putting one party in a room that the carpets were being cleaned but they fixed that pronto. One member of our party had a medical emergency during our stay and the phones in the rooms don't have any information on the face of the phone. They are bl... read more
Simple and Basic No frills but clean and relatively quiet. Free breakfast was lacking, only coffee, one kind of muffin and oranges. But close to the freeway and comfortable.

It's ok. Amar at the front desk is great. Takes his job seriously and has a strong customer focus. Laundry facilities are lacking. The four washing machines would be inadequate even if they all worked. The fact that only two have been operational over the 6 weeks I've stayed here has been a very sore subject. Even the ones that are operational will still steal your quarters.
Overpriced for what it is but I guess that's what Small rooms. Breakfast consisted of oranges and packaged muffins, that's all. No room service unless you pay extra. Overpriced for what it is but I guess that's what you get in Simi Valley.

Great value for my money Room was comfortable, plenty of table top space, the kitchenette was nice. Close to freeway, yet quiet.

Would have been excellent but they double charged us, and we're still waiting for refund.
