Staff was very friendly and helpful. The 'grab and go' breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Only had processed granola bars, packaged pastry and small sour oranges. A bit of a disappointment for me. The coffee was not monitored and ran out when we came out for breakfast. Staff willingly refilled it, though, but they should have been keeping an eye on it. Studio room was small, but adequate for our needs. Important thing for me is that it was quiet, which it was, so I slept well. I would stay again.

When we checked in the lady at the front desk went out of her way to tell us the best way to drive to magic mountain and also all the other things to do around the hotel. She was the most professional person working at a hotel I have ever come across. The hotel was very clean and I would stay there again. Thank you for making our stay a great experience.

Great place!!! This hotel was renovated and reopened last October, so everything is brand new! The rooms are in great shape. The breakfast is a bit meager, but the rest was excellent!

Friendly & Courteous Staff The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our only complaint is that the hallways smelled like stale cigarette smoke even though our particular room was a "non-smoking room." My suggestion would be to have smoking and non-smoking rooms on separate floors because it was obvious that there had been smoking on the floor that we were on. Other than that, I'd say it was well worth the money and the accommodations were certainly adequate for our one night stay.

Nice, clean room! Our room was very nice, with a great little kitchen area. We stayed a week, so there was no daily maid service, but the staff was happy to provide whatever supplies we ran low on. We will stay here again.
