Norman--Excellent Customer Service The most important thing to say is that I left my Nikon camera batter/charger/cord in the room, and did not realize it until I was 400 miles away. I phoned the Hotel, and NORMAN assisted me IMMEDIATELY by going up to the room I had checked out of and locating the valuable items I had left behind. He took the time and trouble to write down my son's name who would be coming to pick up my things. He then set aside my items and ensured that they were returned to my son. THANK YOU, NORMAN!! Value for money Value for money. BTW, the breakfast is not your normal continental breakfast as you would expect. It is Oatmeal in packets, bananas, oranges, muffins and various oatmeal bars including coffee. Pick the stuff from the front desk and eat in your room. The room was very clean. Enjoyed my stay. Would go back.

Clean, comfortable rooms I would not normally think of this type of hotel for a one night stay, but it was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel amenities are sparse, but the room itself was nice. I didn't use the kitchen but could see how nice this would be for an extended stay.

Near but not close The hotel was a great value. The rooms were very nice and the staff very helpful. It was not as close to some of the better restaurants but they were within a short drive. Access was very easy near the route 118 exit and there were some small shops nearby in the same plaza. I would stay there again.

Simi Valley Ca pet friendly Hotel was clean--room was clean--try at continental breakfast was just so-so..Coffee was good and had limited fruit--needed to refil food items more reequently---but overall it was okay!

Simi Valley Hotel--clean and convenient Simi hotel was clean and convienent to freeway and other destinations--also pet friendly! We will stay there again on our Calif. visits!
