No one was at the desk when we were checking out. We had to wait.
Things have really changed since Covid. No shower products, just 2 small soaps. No hair dryer, nothing in kitchen and breakfast was choice of small muffin or breakfast bar, coffee or hot water. I booked the stay for the amenities but got none . Other than that it was nice and would probably stay again, but bring items needed.
Good location Stayed 3nights for business trip. Location is good for me. Many shops, stores, restaurants and a bid shopping mall nearby. Room condition is fair but needs some renovations here and there. Quiet at night. Stay with pets is allowed.
The place was dirty. Carpet clearly had not been vacuumed. Nothing is in the room you have to check it out at the front desk. Not even shampoo. Not even a glass to drink water from. The carpet in our room and the hallways (probably throughout) was filthy. Stairwell smelled like dog pee. Morning coffee was good.
