The building is very quite. building is in a nice area of town. For me, it is convenient for driving to the office as I don't need to get on the freeway. I am able to take easy traveled back-streets. When I had arrived to the hotel at about 10:00 pm, the room that I was given, must have been checked by the front desk staff, as there were lights on in the room, which was helpful for the first time to enter the room.

A Simple Stay The hotel offers coffee, nutrition bars, and pre-packaged muffins every morning. and advertised as breakfast. Any reference to this menu as breakfast should be considered a s-t-r-e-t-c-h. Cost too high for a location with NO amenities, limited or no maid service

Bad Start Gone Great! Where do I start....The original room I was given was dirty, not like any Extended Stay I've ever stayed in. The bedding had brown stains, the closet was dirty and to top it off, there were no towels or those little hotel complimentary soaps they usually give. I'm not the type to complain but I had to say something. I spoke with Janice at guest service, who was amazing, btw and she and the hotel supervisor offered me another room. The area was very nice and convenient since there is a large mall located within walking distance. I found it strange that the entrance is located in the back of the building and not facing the street. The staff lacked customer service skills and were very unfriendly as they did not smile or make us feel welcomed.
