Ms Janice was awesome at check in and throughout our stay!! We were worried that the construction across the street was going to be an issue but was very respectful of sleep hours. The fire department being nearby was a bit off putting not being used to sirens. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to the area.
Nice room but sofa bed mattress was really bad. Nice hotel otherwise n nice staff
Nice and clean... good customer service, front desk made a small mistake but fixed it with no problem
AWESOME service. Rosie checked us in and she is AWESOME. She went far and beyond. My on concern is there is no automatic doors to make it easier for Handicap customers.
Convenient to the shopping center and relatively quiet.
The location was great. The staff, Ms. Rosey and Ms. Janis were very helpful and courteous.
