Overall it is better than most It was ok kitchen faucet leaked the 3 days i was there reauested someine to fix it and no one came

The room had a full kitchen which was nice since I stayed for 4 nights. However, I called a week before, to check the late check-in policy and was told there was none, yet upon my arrival not only did they give my smoking room away, but we had to stay in a non-smoking room that had very bad plumbing issues and still was charged a no-show fee. The next morning we were able to move to a smoking room but it was not the cleanest, and housekeeping never came back after day 1. I would not go back here nor recommend to others
