Their customer service was very warm & welcoming. I appreciate the service in helping me with any of my needs. The hotel isn’t too appealing , but you get what you pay for.

Service was great , very friendly staff . However , one of the rooms I got was dirty , the AC was not working properly . And the second room was not cleaned until an hour and a half later after check in. I was told I’d get a refund and I still have not received anything.

This property is very clean. Nothing was wrong with the room. Had a little difficulty with the stove, but other than that. It was just fine. Any kitchen pots/pans can be provided by the front desk. The hotel is also located right next to a Starbucks and Walmart. The walls are very thin so you can hear people and doors closing.

It was nice and close to the freeways and many different food options close by. I like that there is a small kitchen so you have the option of making a meal.
