Bad Smell The place was overall nice but i cojld not take the Rancid Smell in the hallways and stairs. It was so bad that it came into the room. The floirs need to be tore up and replaced because of the years of animal urine has saturated the floirs over the years. I'll never go back. I now stay in a no animal allowed motel for cheaper price and do not have to Gag from the smell

I didn’t like the fact the sheets and pillow cases were dirty and had hair on them. Plus the room ran out of hot water pretty quickly. I was told I would get some of my money back due to these issues but never got it. Overall hotel was okay.

Stay was good, but very poor customer service. Bed was little hard, requested for an ironing board at the desk, was told that they look for one, totally got ignored. Asked for an extra pillow for the wife at the desk but had to call her from the room twice after three hours before we get one. Very poor customer service.
