Not clean and lack of maintenance the rooms did not smell good

Internet connection was difficult—would not allow me to connect because “my name or room number was incorrect,” neither was true. Staff kept telling me it was on my end, which was not accurate. They offered to connect me to their tech support, which I wasn’t happy about. They did find a “work-around” by providing some other login. Thankful I was able to get my work done, after all.
