The phone did not work, not a big deal initially , but the second night, it seemed there was a party going on next door and across the hall until 2am.Lots of noise and an attempt to get into my room. Unable to call the front desk. People stay there for weeks/months at a time which is fine-except when they dont take into consideration quiet hours. Breakfast was grab and go-which was listed in the website. (limited )

Bed is too firm. Not comfortable. Need more comfortable mattress pillow top premium comfort.

Hotel is close to LU if your there to visit which is a bonus; hotel is clean, staff are good, but breakfast is very basic; our queen bed was noisy and uncomfortable, but manageable.
