Long wait … no ice The staff were friendly and apologetic due to the fact that there was a shortage of cleaning staff to get all of the rooms cleaned. The cleaning staff that was there were nice and did get our room cleaned for us to check in. It in no way was their fault that people did not show up to work. My problem is that the hotel chain leaves all of the rooms available to book on these booking sites when they have a huge delay in getting them cleaned. The bathroom and chairs were filthy. Staff are friendly and location is great.

Perfect for Liberty Commencement We had a great stay for graduation. Have recommended them to those attending Liberty Commencement. Walking distance to the stadium and bookstore.
