Breakfast was just a single stale muffin. There was no ice machine.

When we arrived and went to the first room assigned to us, it was nasty and had not been cleaned at all. There was dirt and small pieces of trash (paper, lint, etc) all over the floors, the bathroom was dirty, there were no trash bags in the cans, and no shower curtain. After going back downstairs to tell them about the room and requesting another one, the lady at the desk seemed a little put out.
