Very clean and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and relaxing.
Very clean, staff courteous and asked about if needed anything, location good for my needs. Only suggestion is extend the "breakfast" selections.
The room i had required some changing of the bedding. Staff was responsive. Manager heard of the situation and made gracious refund for the issue. The location and the facilities are suitable for what my needs of being near university. They are pet friendly as I saw dog owners airing their pets.
Not For Me The hotel could use some work. The vents needed to be cleaned in elevator and bathroom. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
