The room i had required some changing of the bedding. Staff was responsive. Manager heard of the situation and made gracious refund for the issue. The location and the facilities are suitable for what my needs of being near university. They are pet friendly as I saw dog owners airing their pets.

Not For Me The hotel could use some work. The vents needed to be cleaned in elevator and bathroom. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Liberty College Visit The hotel is the perfect location for visiting Liberty University. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was overall somewhat clean. The AC unit was vent was filthy, which is what we were breathing. Beds were alright. I had dropped something and searched under the bed to discover that it had not been vacuumed in a while.
