convenient once you find the rd thr the gas statio one more small waste basket please! i urge hotels to remove carpet and go with an easy to clean bare floor
A hidden gem, worth the search This place is well worth the extra search to find it, set back among several other tall buildings. The staff is very courteous, well-trained, and the facility is immaculate. I wish I had stayed longer than one night, but the price was right for our church trip. There are few amenities (like shampoo or hairdryers), but we didn't need them. a hotel I slept there. I did like having a stove. Next year we will stay two nights.
The carpet in the hallways need to be replaced.
Good value for the price There was no breakfast, but Panera bread is just across the parking lot, so we had great breakfast there. Adding that to the daily hotel rate we still got a good bargain.
Upgrade That is pretty much the way it goes. We got an upgrade to a suite and it was pretty beautiful. There were only 2 small issues on the trip. First: We booked and paid through website. The lady at the desk made a mistake and accidentally charged my card again. She immediately acknowledged the mistake and did everything to remedy the situation. Second: The television remote was a different brand than the television, itself. It was fine as we didn't spend too much time in the room and didn't need the tv.
Service was very good - nice people at the desk. The interior carpets in the hall are very dirty and could probably use a good cleaning. The outside is maintained very well and the room was very clean and comfortable.
