The carpet in the hallways need to be replaced.
Good value for the price There was no breakfast, but Panera bread is just across the parking lot, so we had great breakfast there. Adding that to the daily hotel rate we still got a good bargain.
Upgrade That is pretty much the way it goes. We got an upgrade to a suite and it was pretty beautiful. There were only 2 small issues on the trip. First: We booked and paid through website. The lady at the desk made a mistake and accidentally charged my card again. She immediately acknowledged the mistake and did everything to remedy the situation. Second: The television remote was a different brand than the television, itself. It was fine as we didn't spend too much time in the room and didn't need the tv.
Service was very good - nice people at the desk. The interior carpets in the hall are very dirty and could probably use a good cleaning. The outside is maintained very well and the room was very clean and comfortable.
NEED FULL SIZE COFFEE MAKER I only stayed two nights, but the teeny weeny coffee maker was utterly insufficient. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER stay for an extended period in a place with a puny coffee maker. If you won't put a decent one in every room, at least have a couple at the front desk to supply to those who want decent coffee facilities in their room.
Plugged toilet!!!! Everything was fine except our toilet was extremely plugged, it took the maintainence man a couple of hours to unplug it becuz some ignorant person flushed a wash cloth down it. I think it should have been taken care of before we got into the room so obviously the cleaning staff didnt flush the toilet before they got done cleaning which means that the toilet wasnt cleaned??? it served its purpose Nothing bad, just spent the night. Did not check out any of the amenities. No continental breakfast on the weekends.
