Great customer service, room wasn't as clean as it could be.
Meh I’ve stayed in nicer Extended stays for sure. The front desk clerk took a while to check us in. At first he asked if we would take a queen room. I explained that we had paid extra for a king and so he had to make a call. A king room was found. The room didn’t come with any cooking equipment, not even a coffee maker, you have to ask the front desk for those. The bed was comfortable but really shaky so if one person moved the whole bed moved.l and we are not big people. Breakfast was a joke, some instant oatmeal packets, g... read more
