A little dirty. Food left in the freezer. Very few towels.

Room was clean but building was worn down. Many rooms under construction… which is hopefully good.

Bed was too small. Water was too cold to take a shower .Breakfast consisted of coffee and oatmeal

Staff was nice, but I wasn’t happy that my room wasn’t not serviced when we was out for the day. I’m used my room being cleaned while being gone. And having fresh towels. Bed being made.

First timer Generally, the hotel appears run down, in the lobby, breakfast room, and my particular room. The cord on the hair dryer was dirty. There were spots on the rug. The tub did not drain well. Stains from bottles of the last occupant were on a shelf to the left of the TV. Breakfast was ample but lacked fruit juice or fresh fruit.

Met my needs but needs an update The hotel met my needs but was a little run down. Additionally, they obviously struggle with enforcing the smoking policy so the building had a smokey smell in some areas.
