Housekeeping Skipped our Room They did not make our bed or replenish our wash clothes and towels. We saw them on the floor but the maid & co. Skipped out room. I believe a discount should have been added but the from desk claimed the manager could only do it and he was not there until Monday. (We checked out Sunday)

It was okay The hotel itself was fine, conveniently located across the American Dream which we spent most of our week in. We stayed for 5 nights, our first night was awful, the AC was broken and the guests next door spent hours screaming, slamming doors and cussing well passed 1am, all the while my 5 year old was trying to sleep. The next day we got our room changed and ended up in a much better area of the hotel minus the barking dog we kept hearing at night time in someone else’s room.
