When we got to the room we realized there was no remote and we never even received the remote after lady said that she would check for remote for us

The room was adequate for my purposes, there was no closet door on the closet, the place was very noisy at night and it was very hard to sleep, I would not stay here again, although the staff was very friendly and nice
