The room could've been cleaned way better. The last guests left several drink bottles under and behind the bed, other than that the stay was comfortable

Alright It was okay overall, wish the kitchen supplies were already in the room rather than having to ask for them at the front desk & take them to the room myself. No dish soap nor new toilet paper.
We checked in with no problems but the room was not up to standard. The phone and blow dryer didn’t work. The room looked like it was not throughly cleaned. We had to switch rooms which was actually a breeze but the next room we got was hardly any better. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned( dirty toilet, broken lock on bathroom door). The window shade was rolled up in the corner and there was no way to put it back up in the window.

When we got to the room we realized there was no remote and we never even received the remote after lady said that she would check for remote for us
