The place smelled like smoke, including my "no smoking room" The iron had plastic stuck it and it took almost an hour to get a clean iron. Bathtub had mold.

Management is excellent Manager Ester was amazing, super friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. She welcomed us with a smile and was able to give us reliable info about getting to the Jets game. I would stay there again if in the area.

Hotel was just ok. My wife and I went to a Giants football game. We got to the hotel about 11:30. Not that we expected to be able to check in, but sometimes a hotel will have a room ready. We got to the check in counter and all the clerk would say was that there is a $20 early check in charge. This really infuriated me. So there was a room ready but we couldn't check in because we were a little early?? Also, wasn't the cleanest or quietest hotel either. Won't stay there again.
