We had to switch out of our first room because there was hair all over the bed. In the second room: 1. the TV was shattered, 2. the toilet seat was so loose that it was almost dangerous to sit on it, and 3. the shower rod was so loose that it prevented the full shielding of the shower water, which then soaked part of the bathroom floor. Also, there are zero cups, glasses, or dishes in the room - you have to call down to get them. Disappointing room, all around - clearly cleaning / maintenance staff just doesn't care. Overall everything was great, but we were almost certain our bed was not a queen size maybe a full size instead. Sleeping wasn't the best 😔

The room we originally were put in smelled of smoking. The staff were accommodating and we were switched to a room with a view of Metlife stadium that was excellent.
