metlife event Quick stay for a concert at MetLife Stadium so I barely spent any time in the room. All was clean and check in smooth. No one at check out however with an odd not at the desk. Grab and go breakfast was that, muffins and granola bars with coffee, no fruits. Addition of a shuttle to and back from the MetLife Stadium would be great when there’s an event, even at a additional fee (Uber cost 20$ for a 5 minutes ride and it took me 2h to get one after the event). Checked in at 530. The hotel only had one poor guy behind the counter. There was a Monday night football game. There were several people in line and housekeeping wasn’t on top of things. Rooms were not ready People had to wait. I think the hotel should have been in front of the situation knowing it was a game day. The guy at the front was real cool but he needed help.

We had to switch out of our first room because there was hair all over the bed. In the second room: 1. the TV was shattered, 2. the toilet seat was so loose that it was almost dangerous to sit on it, and 3. the shower rod was so loose that it prevented the full shielding of the shower water, which then soaked part of the bathroom floor.
