Customer Service Customer services is awful, they dont even say hello hyd ... One day my rom key wasn't open my room , the lady there at the front desk dont even say good evening neither so rude, and the employees no even say good morning so serious not friendly at all , need to focus a little bit more on Customer service . But at least the room was very nice and clean .

The only thing positive about this property was its location and the parking. They have mentioned ‘ breakfast included’ but the breakfast only had granula bars,muffins and coffee(Is it a breakfast). The bathroom had cockroaches. The reception staff was rude.

There's another hotel with the exact same name about 2 mins away. The reservation doesn't make that very clear and it is easily confused. Other visitors were making the same mistake we did. An actual address on the confirmation email would probably solve that. The water in the room was not very warm at all and ran out very quickly. The room was also incredibly dry, I woke up feeling like I had inhaled some sand. Anyone with a respiratory condition could have easily struggled. It smelt like weed all around the halls and room though it was a non smoking hotel other wise pretty normal
