Nice hotel , customer service nonexistent

There is NOTHING close by. After a long car drive it is nice to walk around and/or to restaurants, it is impossible at this location. Even walking to public transportation is impossible. The staff are either overworked or not interested to be there Mention of breakfast should not be made in expedia /web as bagged muffins and coffees are not breakfast.

Had issues with the handicap doors working as I was trying to get the luggage dolly in and out of the building since one door only opens automatically. Also, the elevators were extremely slow.
