Service ordinaire à la réception. chambre propre mais sans entretien, porte de la toilette qui ne ferme pas, impossible de la verrouiller, pommeau de douche qui dirige l'eau partout sauf sur nous, odeur de cigarette plus que présente, impossible de prendre une chambre non-fumeur. Aucune indication concernant le déjeuner, il fallait manger dans le lobby de l'hôtel entre 6h30 et 9h30, aucun document pour nous expliquer le tout dans la chambre, nous avons donc perdu nos deux déjeuner inclus. Don't use room 324...Don't check in. The place is very convenient and inexpensive for a hotel just outside of NYC. However the hotel room itself had some problems. #1 The room smelled like straight up curry powder which smelled the whole time. The receptionist (bless her heart) who was already dealing with enough graciously provided me with spray which temporarily helped the situation, but it came back minutes later. #2 The refrigerator.
