It was a nice room , my boyfriend and I had got a room for the night. Because of a small snow storm and the bed looked clean until In the morning he woke up with looks like insect bites . The staff was really nice and sweet. But I think they should wash their sheets more and check their beds.

I only stayed one night but it was very clean. The staff was very pleasant. I enjoyed my night there. I would stay there again.

Outside had garbage in front. The elevator was slow, which caused us to use the stairs. There were no laundry bags also.

A l’accueil le staff était pas très axé sur le service et le sourire.. la seule personne souriante et serviable c’etait La dame qui s’occupait de la section café muffin le matin. Et personne n’est venu remplacer les débarbouillettes/serviettes pendant notre séjour. Et il n’y a pas de transport en commun proche donc on doit soit prendre un taxi ou aller ce stationner dans un stationnement payant.

Suite propre, lit confortable, endroit tranquille (5ième étage). Service à la réception très de base, sans courtoisie. Endroit tout de même à recommander mais un peu loin de tout.
