Elevators were all out of service and my room was 3xs over booked had to wait almost an hour for them to figure out accommodations

Property was clean and quiet. But the hallways and stairways smelled very badly of smoke. Our room although nonsmoking also smelled of smoke.

Could be better. First room non-operating toilet, second room better but no towels No rate adjustment for first night. Front desk unoccupied often.

The room I reserved was not available. I did get a similar room, but it was not prepared fully at 10:00 at night. No towels, no pillow cases.
