great value hotel Great stay, only issue was a terrible smell in the hallways but room was very comfortable and clean, close to shops, beach and the interstate. Would definitely stay again

Convenient place ti stay The hotel was nice, with adequate security. You have to use your room key to enter the place after hours. It wasn't "attended" in the early early morning. The breakfast was very simple, only dry cereal, coffee, juice, and sticky buns.

Not bad for the price. I got this hotel as I will be transferring with my job to Melbourne, it was a great price and convenient for what I needed. The breakfast was ok, there is vending, laundry and a mini gym on site. The rooms are well appointed especially if staying for a few days. Know that this is a pet friendly and smoking friendly hotel. My room was on the third floor which was a smoking floor, from the time I got off the elevator to my room the smoke smell was thick and stale. The worst part is that the smell of smok... read more

It was excellent. We were moving and were exhausted. Extended Stay was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. It was just what we needed.

Great Hotel Very nice room. One of the nicest rooms you can get for under 75.00 . Very big and clean . Bed was nice but a little hard
