updating needed Businews Center was broken which really was a inconvenience being that I travel almost 4 out of 7 days a week. I stayed in the suite with the kitchen and sitting area. The concept of it was great but it needed updating. The back of my room's headboard was made out of plastic covering but it was all peely. This room didn't have many outlets that were not in use by the bed so I had to use the TV outlet whice was full of dust. Good quality mid range/priced accommadation Extended stay America venues are by definition long stay locations.All the staff were very helpful and the room was clean and well appointed. Nothing to do nearby but I picked this location for a specific purpose and in that respect it met all my needs.I would stay here again.

4 stars -1- did not know that it was pet freindly and had a small barking dogs one facing other 2 rooms down hall. -2-Air conditioning is right next to bed and there four blows directly onto the person. Could have a way to divert air towards ceiling. -3- when booked with Expedia-Hotel.com was told that there was a shuttle to and from Melbourne Airport from Hotel. There was none Taxi fare $8.80 + tip=$10.00 each way but great place to leave car for short term no parking fees. Personnel very plaisant and accommodating

Sofa had a stain and looked in need of a good cleaning. Red stain on the rug.

It was okay, close to the shopping mall. The staffs are nice and pleasant. The room that I'm staying is clean except there's no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion, no wash cloth and there's only 2 towels under the sink bathroom. I went to use the fitness room and all the equipments are very dirty and dusty.
