I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and the quietness. The quick breakfast was nice and I loved the convenience of the Southlake Mall.. Another plus was the Microwave and Refrigerator. I would stay here again.
Super clean and tidy While this is not the newest and most modern hotel I've ever stayed in, it is certainly among the cleanest and best maintained. What a pleasant surprise! The night before, I stayed at a Comfort Suites across the parking lot that was the absolute worst and filthiest I have ever experienced ... and the Extended Stay America was at least $40 cheaper for the same night. Go figure! I highly recommend the Extended Stay America in Merrillville, Ind.
