Staff definitely it’s best asset. Lack of basic amenities was frustrating. There was no hair dryer. And housekeeping is every 14 days. If you need clean sheets or towels you take dirty ones to front desk and get your clean ones and make up your own bed. I was traveling with disabled companion and our room was not handicapped accessible even though hotel considered it to be. Had to step over high tub side to get into shower and no shower bench.
