New Years Nite, Merrillville Very nice stay. Very economical. Convenient off expressway. Freeway noise didn't bother me, but. .. Notbing open nearby in early am for gas, etc.

Not happy with Hotels.com Staff was great. I was disappointed with Hotels.com. Made the reservation a few hours staff of time and had a confirmation # and all. But when we arrived, there was nothing in the computer at the hotel. After being on hold with Hotels.com for over 10 minutes, staff at the hotel put us in manually and gave us the rate quoted. They were super helpful, and our stay was great. Will probably try another site for booking next time. Not the first time we've had problems with this site.
