Excellent staff in a mediocre hotel We were welcomed into our room with the smell of cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room. The day after our arrival, we had an issue with the shower head and maintenance staff came immediately to help, but they smoked in our non-smoking room. We had to experience the nasty smell of the cigarette smoking as soon as we came back from our day. The staff at the front desk are really courteous and helpful.
