Hotel renovado, buen servicio y excelente acceso. Hotel y dormitorios renovados, jardines muy bien cuidados. Excelente ubicación, tranquilo. Personal muy servicial y eficiente. Algunas recomendaciones: 1. que cuando el cliente lo solicite, al momento del check-in ya estuvieran en la habitacion todos los implementos de la cocina y no tener que ir a pedirlos a recepción (coffee maker, ollas, platos, etc). 2. Mi visita Está en un sector bonito de Miami y por lo mismo, deben mejorar para atraer más turistas. El wifi es muy lento, la habitación con cocina la ofrecen con utensilios pero al ingresar, no hay nada. Al solicitarlo, no hay disponibilidad de todo, solo algunas cosas. Estuvimos 5 días y 4 noches y para toda la estadía, solo nos dieron 1 rollo de papel de baño para 2 personas, 1 jabón pequeño para cuerpo, 1 jabón pequeño para cara.
