Comfortable beds, hallways reeked of pot, very loud

Smoke alarm went off causing confusion There was trash from the previous customer left in bathroom

I did not like the water faucet falling off the tub when I attempted to turn the water on in 240. I was undressed and ready to shower and had to be moved to another room on the other end of the building. The receptionist was quick to accommodate my needs so customer service was excellent

Unfortunately due to employee error, I was informed way later that my reservation had nit been submitted. Check out time was 11am. I was told at 630pm. I then had technical difficulties via your website with booking my room. At around 730pm I handed the clerk my id and credit card to check me in, instead she chose to call the police to escort me out. Instead of fighting to stay, I packed my belongings and checked onto another hotel. Besides this unfortunate incident, the Extended Stay America was pleasant. Thank you.
