Area is okay. Hotel is kind of ran down with unpainted plaster on the walls, had at least 10 ladybugs in the window dead and alive. The window screen in my room was torn. They say the lobby is locked during the night hours but wasent. The plastic corner wall protectors was falling off the wall. But it was a cheap hotel so i get what i paid for.

Could be better The floors looked dirty. The ones in front of the elevator on the main floor were especially dirty, including food and drops of blood. I was also locked out of my room and had to wait roughly 30 mins before I was able to get in contact with someone. The room itself was okay. The TV remote didn’t work well, and it didn’t help that the battery cover was broken so the batteries kept trying to fall out.
Great staff! They are so incredibly helpful. The made my stay there easy and pain- free! I’d like to single out Cassie at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay there was pleasant with no problems. She is patient, kind and efficient. I will stay here again and again!
